Pursuant to the power, duties, and responsibilities of the Louisiana State Board of Private Investigator Examiners (LSBPIE) as provided by LA. R.S. 37:3505 LSBPIE has suspended the licensee continuing education requirement until such time as LSBPIE can promulgate and adopt rules and regulations governing the manner and conditions under which credit shall be given by the board for participation in professional education such as the board considers necessary and appropriate to maintain the highest standards of the private investigator industry in Louisiana.
